About Ibex Aid Courses

We are passionate about first aid training, believing that anyone can learn the skills to save a life.

We are a husband-and-wife team with over 15 years of teaching and training first aid between us. Rocio is the lead first aid trainer at Ibex First Aid and Owen is a practicing paramedic. Combining our mountain guiding careers with very hands on and personalised teaching of first aid, we deliver courses that are engaging and packed with easy-to-remember life-saving techniques.
